The quilt is uses positive /negative images for the eyes and is based on the quote:

The eyes are the mirror of the soul

Designed in Make the Cut software starting with a yin yang image, cut with an electronic cutter and free motion quilted.

Ccc sergers

Strips of sheer fabrics were serged together in metallic threads for a beautiful frilly scarf. 

Sue's  white Jacket was from a vintage tablecloth. there were lots of samples with regular cotton fabric as well as knit fabrics. Embellishments and trims from yarns and a serged wave stitch for the neckline and sleeves of a pillowcase dress.
