Enjoyed a Detroit River Cruise with my mom, her friends and the Gujarati Samaj on a picture perfect day. Loved seeing the wonderful Deroit and Windsor skylines, Belle Isle, and even Boblo..brought back memories of the amusement park.
Seeing the skyline also brought back memories of working with my daughter, Lisa on the Detroit skyline quilt, Detroit Motown Sundown when she was sixteen. She created it as a summer project, working on a new building every day.
