Several members of the American Sewing Guild helped teach how to make pillowcases at the Plymouth Library . They are for children undergoing cancer treatment at U-M Mott Children's hospital in Ann Arbor.
It was open to all as a hands on event and we had 15 signed up and more on the waiting list.
Our new sewists really enjoyed learning a new
skill and it was such a worthwhile cause..to put smiles on young cancer
patients to benefit ConKerr Cancer.
