A clean slate offers new possibilities. Cherish, savor and nourish the sensational and memorable feeling of a new love whether it’s a friend, a spouse, a child, a grandchild or a new place or a new project.
Began with a quilted white background using the 2026 Pantone prompt, Cloud Dreamer. Added a black door for contrast with beads. Embossed a silver cardstock foil for interest. Appliqued a red heart for a dash of color. Cut out bird shapes from a red coke can for the focal point.
This will also be my donation to the 2026 SAQA Spotlight Auction Fundraiser of 6" x 8" art quilts.
