This is a charity quilt I made for a young girl in Russia. I added many 3 D flowers and free advice!

Creative Clothing Club

I loved the texture of the twisted tucks. Kathy took fabrics from the giveaway table and turned it into evening wear . The felted sweaters were just awesome.  Afterwards, we stopped at the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center to admire the Fiberart Invitational, Voices 2012

Stitching and layers of sheers were some of the highlights of the show.

Bologna

Great food, very impressive Anatomy theater in Palazzo del'Archiginnasio . Built in 1637, it is built entirely of wood and they taught anatomy ... dissections were done on a marble table in the center of the room. It was also fun shopping in local markets finding great bargains....
Our hotel was right across the train station but we did not have time to hop on a train to the Ferrari museum..perhaps next time!
