Adventurous Quilters meeting

We had a fun meeting and we also played with crayons on fabric.
We got the best results when we melted the crayons by holding the iron underneath the fabric.
Afterwards, we added parchment paper to the top of the fabric and ironed on a high temperature to get rid of the wax. The colors were very vivid.

AQ creations

We had a great Adventurous Quilters meeting..here are some of their creations.
Cyn made wool 3D flowers from a spiral circle that was needlefelted. Carol made baked potato bags and angels from  a handtowel and 2 napkins tied with gold cords. Wanda made paper napkin applique art on canvas. The beautiful cardinal is by Carol Ann. The colorful rugs are by Mary who used wool and Carol Ann who used fabric scraps.
